News : L’EDC débarque officiellement en Chine en 2018

Le groupe Insomniac Events, organisateur notamment des multiples éditions de l’Electric Daisy Carnival à travers le monde (mais aussi de Beyond Wonderland, Dreamstate, Middlelands, Electric Forest…) fêtera ses 25 ans en 2018. Une belle longévité pour le groupe, qui a donc organisé sa première soirée en 1993, comme l’explique son patron Pasquale Rotella dans un post sur Instagram. Il en profite pour évoquer l’expansion de la marque EDC dans un nouveau pays l’année prochaine. Alors qu’en plus des États-Unis le festival est déjà présent notamment au Mexique ou au Japon, Insomniac vient confirmer le potentiel du marché asiatique en s’implantant cette fois en… Chine !

Happy Holidays, Headliners! I can’t believe we already made it through another year.  Did you know that 2018 will represent 25 years of Insomniac Events?  It still feels like only yesterday that I was passing out flyers to the first Insomniac weekly party back in 1993. It’s incredible to reflect on how far things have evolved while the core values of dance music culture remain the same. Thank YOU for being a part of this scene. As we wrap up the year at Insomniac HQ, we’ve got a ton of news that we’ll be sharing in the new year.  Here’s a little sneak peak: we’re working on bringing EDC to China in 2018!
